Real Estate Data Extreme

The extreme data management system for the commercial

and investment real estate professional.  REDE consists

of three major sections; the contact management section,

property information and analysis section, and the reports

section. The contact section is composed of three parts,

Prospect, Agent/Professional, and Lender. Each of these

parts is accessed by clicking on the specific tab of the

section you desire to use. Each section displays a form

specifically designed  for the type of information most often

required for that topic. In the Prospect section you will fill in

the information about the property owner or an interested

buyer.  The Agent/Professional section provides a form for

gathering the information of the real estate agent or other

professionals. The Lender section provides a form that will

lead you through acquiring the necessary information about

potential lenders. The third section is the Report section. 

The Report section consists of 13 report pages that can be

printed separately or in combination to form reports that can

be presented to clients.
