Property Profile is a database and an analysis software
package designed to aid the real estate investment
professional in locating and analyzing investment opportunities.
Property Profile was designed with the real estate investor in
mind and ease of use of paramount importance.
Property profile consists of the following features:
Property
Property Profile is a property centric program. What is meant
by property centric is all the information that is entered on the
subsequent pages is related to the property. This approach
allows the investor to gather and retain information about a
candidate property quickly and easily.
Contact
The contact page is divided into three additional pages. Each
of these pages are setup to gather pertinent information about
relevant individuals. This information is saved along with the
property information.
Analysis
You start by entering the new loan information and click the
calculate button for the payment. This information is used in
the following calculations. After filling in the sale price and the
non bold fields the bold fields will compute automatically.
Pictures
the picture page provides for four pictures and brief description
of the subject property. A notes field is provided for additional
information about the property.
Comparables
The comprarables page is divided into two additional pages
labeled “Sold Comps” and “Listed Comps”. Each of these
pages has fields for three comps. Each comp consists of fields
for picture, description and financial information. NOI and Cap
Rate calculate automatically.
Printing reports
By clicking on the print button you are presented wit a form
that provides you wit a selection of seven report pages that
can be used individually or in combination to a variety of
reports.
